Hrakka  Museum for Aviation at Jämi is located at the former glider factory premises, at the heart of Airfield Jämi. The museum has an exhibition of history of Jämi Airfield and has a collection of photographs and interesting items from the era of gliding aircraft. The Jämi "Airveterans" have built a trainer glider "Harakka ll which is in flightworthy condition. The design originates back to 1945 and original materials and methods are used. "Harakka ll" was test flown in 1995 and is stored in the museum.
In the same building there is so called "hobbyroom". It is well suitable for example building model airplanes, making your skis or doing other activities which requires indoor facilities. You can book this room for yourself or for your group by calling or e-mailing to the hotel Jämi. Harrastetila 
 Polttoaine Airfield Jämi EFJM is located on a natural sand ridge at height of 160m ASL. Main RWY is 830m x 15m asphalt, and oriented RWY 27-09. Total lenght is 1700m. Second runway is RWY 33-15 asphalt 850m x 15m and is elevated some 25m higher than main rwy. Total lenght of RWY 33-15 is 1400m. Airplane hangar and AVGAS 100LL filling station are located on apron at main rwy 27-09.
